insulin pen great options long time little choice
the hotel staff sourced an insulin pen very quickly for my dad i appreciated that so much the breakfast had great options i liked that too
i ordered a drink it took a long time to learn it was out of stock happy hour had little choice these things were disappointing i called for help with my bags the person had trouble with the trolley this made me nearly miss my flight

rude behavior disappointing experience
the reception staff, particularly prasanna, demonstrated efficiency and speed (very important when you're tired).
I found the experience disappointing, especially with sana's behavior. He was rude when i requested a room change due to sunlight, suggesting that requesting a different room indicated this was my first visit to a 5-star hotel. i hope necessary action addresses this behavior.

subpar room long wait
The buffet had diverse cuisines served with great attention to detail.
I was disappointed that, despite confirming and requesting a room on a higher floor, the staff failed to deliver this (it REALLY annoyed me). I was made to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. They had confirmed a room on the 11th floor but gave it to someone else. The staff assigned me a subpar room initially.

smooth check-in ergonomic chair dining options
the check-in process was smooth. my room included a work desk and ergonomic chair, really helpful. the hotel has several on-site dining options, it was easy to find a place for dinner. i found the staff very attentive to my needs.
the in-room coffee machine was not working properly .

the gym included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. the swimming pool has a dedicated lifeguard on duty and a shallow area for children. there were also separate locker rooms with steam and sauna facilities.
